when I received it, I did not like the length of the handle. I wanted it to be
longer so that I could sling it across my body. Guess what! When I enquired
whether anything could be done with the handbag, the customer service
representative asked me to send it back to the company. They amended the length
of the handle accordingly. They also replaced the zip and lining of the bag.
