Steps on how to Order our Product
- Please take your time to browse through our beautiful
product offerings. We showcase the Kirei Collection range of handbags and
household products for you to fulfill your passion for high quality and
well-crafted products.
- Click on each product for more detailed descriptions and
the selling price.
- Choose the products that you want to purchase.
If You
Have a Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express):
- Our company uses PayPal as our electronic payment
partner. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard and Amex for your order
transactions.
- Please click on the "Order Now" Button. Once you
have done that, you will see a message to inform you that you will be directed
to PayPal's secure payment processing site. You will notice a small "padlock"
icon appearing on the bottom left-hand side of your screen.
- You will see the items you have ordered on the Phoenix
Dreams International Order Form. If you would like to continue shopping, please
click the "Continue Shopping" button and you will be routed back to our
website so that you could continue to browse through our product offerings. If
you decide to only purchase the items in the Order Form, just continue by
clicking the "Secure Checkout" button.
- Once you clicked the "Secure Checkout" button, you
will be shown the "Checkout" screen, where a summary of total costs of
the items that you have ordered is displayed. The shipping and handling charges
are also shown.
- If you have an existing PayPal account, please proceed to
login into your account by providing the login
ID and password.
- Please confirm the credit card payment and the delivery
address for the order.
- Once you have done that, it would mean that your order
has been successfully placed and you will receive a confirmation about it.
- If you do not have an existing PayPal account, you will
be directed to the "Shipping Information" screen. Please fill in your
name and the delivery address.
- Then, please click on the "Continue Checkout"
button and you will be shown the "Credit Card" information screen where
you can enter the details of your credit card.
- Once you have done that, you will receive a confirmation
that your order has been successfully submitted.
 If You Do Not Have a Credit Card:
- As you do not have a credit card, we have a manual method
to allow you to place your order.
- Please take a moment to note down the Product
Name, Item # and Price of the item that you want to purchase.

- Fill up the required information like your contact
information and delivery address.
- Once you have completed the Order Form, you can either
email to
Sales Department to confirm the purchase order or fax it to (65) 6587 6178. You
will receive a confirmation notice the following business day.
- When we received the Order Form, our Customer Services
representative will contact you to inform you on the delivery charges that
would be incurred for your order and provide you with the total amount that
would be payable. Our representative would also advise you on how you can make
payment for your order.
- In the event that you want to make payment by check,
please make sure that the check is made out to "Phoenix Dreams
International" and payable in US$ for the total amount (including delivery
charges) as specified. Please send your check to the following address:

- Once we received the check and it has been cleared, we
will notify you with an order confirmation and proceed to process your order.
- For other methods of payment, please contact our
Customer Services.
We will send you an electronic acknowledgement to your
e-mail ID once the order is processed.
Order Processing
- Phoenix Dreams will process all Order Forms received in
the order that it is received.
- We will only proceed with the order processing when we
have received confirmation that your payment has been successfully cleared.
- Please allow for 10 - 12 weeks for each of your orders to
be fulfilled. As all our products are individually hand-made to customer's
specifications, we can only begin making the products once the order is
confirmed. We will endeavor to fulfill your orders as soon as we could. So, it
is possible that you will receive sooner than the above guideline.

- We ship to almost anywhere in the world.
- All shipments are put through standard world-wide
services.
- For local orders in Singapore, delivery time may take
between 2-4 working days. For international orders, delivery time may take
between 4-6 weeks, depending on the location.
- All international orders can be subjected to customs
inspection, which may cause additional delay. Phoenix Dreams International
cannot be responsible for such unanticipated delays. You will be also liable
for any custom charges payable.
- For rush orders, where you want to have the products that
you have ordered delivered as soon as possible, you may request for Express
Delivery services. However, additional charges will be incurred by the courier
company. Please contact our Customer Services to let us know and we will
arrange for your orders to be expedited.
- Please note that we will not be able to ship your orders
to a P.O. Box address.

All Phoenix Dreams products undergo stringent quality
control checks to ensure that the products are made with the highest quality
materials and careful workmanship. Our Quality Control section has a checklist
to ensure that the products are checked and double-checked for defects before
it is packed carefully for delivery. Even the packing process is monitored and
done carefully by our packers to ensure that the products are not damaged in
any way. Each product is wrapped in protective materials before being wrapped
and placed in the delivery boxes. However, we do recognize that sometimes,
the products may be damaged during transit, en-route to you. Please note that
sometimes the packaging may be distorted due to shipping conditions beyond our
control. Therefore, when you opened the package delivered to you and discovered
some defects on the item that you had ordered, please notify our Customer
Service immediately, within 7 days of receiving the products and we will make
arrangements for an exchange.
Please note that Phoenix Dreams reserves the right to
determine what constitute a defect. The item(s) that is to be returned for
exchange must be new, unused and contain the original product packaging and
accessories. Please be advised that you would have to be responsible for
sending the package back to us.
When an exchange can be made, we can only allow
customers to make an exchange no more than once per transaction. The exchange
may be an item of the same value or lower. We will endeavor to replace the
defective item with the highest priority. Phoenix Dreams will be responsible
for the delivery charges to resend you the items.
If you should change your mind after confirming the order,
please let us know no later than 24 hours after the order is placed either by
letting us know through an e-mail to our Customer Services or
a phone call to our contact hot-line. If the
order has not yet been sent to our craftsmen for processing, then we can cancel
the order. However, if the order has already gone for processing, then any
cancellation will incur a 20% restocking fee.
